"...I do not believe in the ‘one size fits all’ style of care"

Bachelor of Chiropractic Science (Macquarie University, Sydney)

Master of Chiropractic (Macquarie University, Sydney)

My goal as a chiropractor is to empower people of all ages and capabilities to do more of what they love, pain free. This ranges from gardening to playing golf, from playing with their kids to winning boxing championships, from sleeping through the night to returning to work.

I have always been fascinated by biology and anatomy, specifically how they work with and influence each other. I completed my Bachelor and Masters degrees in Chiropractic Science at Macquarie University. I have completed additional Continuing Professional Development courses in areas of functional neurology, paediatrics, chronic pain, nutrition and rehabilitation.

As research findings change frequently, I strive to keep abreast of new breakthroughs, ideas and techniques. This helps my multifaceted approach to helping different people as I do not believe in the ‘one size fits all’ style of care. I encourage my clients to take charge and be proactive about their lifestyle choices as there isn’t a safe shortcut to good health. I enjoy looking after children, pregnant women, families, athletes, older people and more complicated cases like spinal cord injury and stroke.

I have recently moved home to Australia from the U.K. and I am settling very well into Canberra’s food scene and the great outdoors. I really look forward to helping you and our community live a healthy, active and happy lifestyle.
