Hi there! My name is Cara Sharp, and I'm a registered chiropractor with over a decade of experience in the field. I completed my Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University back in 2009. Since then, I've continued to pursue my passion for helping others by completing a number of postgraduate courses in different areas of chiropractic, including Sports Chiropractic, Paediatrics and Pregnancy Care, and Functional Neurology. My work in Sports Chiropractic led to my award of an International Certificate in Sports Chiropractic (ICSC).

I love to keep active myself, and I have a strong understanding of the needs of athletes and active individuals. However, I also have expertise in treating a wide range of patients, from babies and children to pregnant women and less active adults of all ages. I believe that every individual patient requires a unique treatment plan tailored to their needs and circumstances. That's why I have a strong understanding of many different chiropractic techniques including diversified, activator, blocking, cranial therapy, webster technique and specific muscle release techniques and am constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and expertise.

Aside from my work, I like to keep fit and active with activities such as yoga, and pilates. My husband and I, together with our two young boys, are thrilled to have recently moved to Canberra. I'm extremely happy to be part of the experienced team of chiropractors at Synergy Chiropractic Centre, and I look forward to helping you achieve optimal health and wellness.
