Dr Cara Sharp

Dr Cara is a registered chiropractor with over 15 years of experience. She completed her Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in 2009 and has since completed postgraduate study in sports chiropractic, paediatrics, pregnancy care, and functional neurology. Her work in sports chiropractic led to the award of an International Certificate in Sports Chiropractic (ICSC).

A broad range of patients

Dr Cara keeps active herself and has a strong understanding of the needs of athletes and active individuals. She works across a wide range of patients, from babies and children to pregnant women and adults of all ages, and believes that every patient requires an individualised approach tailored to their specific needs and circumstances. She uses a range of techniques including diversified, activator, blocking, cranial therapy, Webster technique, and specific muscle release techniques.

Outside the clinic

Dr Cara keeps fit with yoga, cycling, and the lively demands of three young boys. She is a committed member of the Synergy team and looks forward to working with you.
