I have always had a love for sport and chose to pursue this passion by becoming a health care provider to help athletes of all ages, shapes and sizes.

I completed my Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Chiropractic in 2015 in Perth, before completing my International Certificate of Sports Chiropractic in 2019. I am also a qualified Pilates Instructor, as well as having completed courses in Dry Needling, Taping and a variety of Soft Tissue Therapies, allowing me to treat a wide variety of injuries.

I have been a Dancer, Dance teacher and a national level swimmer, as well as working with local footy teams in both AFL and NRL as the team chiropractor over the last decade. As a Pilates Instructor, I primarily taught Ante-natal and Post-natal classes, to help Mums prepare for and bounce back from having a bub. This has refined my approach in injury management and allowed me to develop a treatment style to promote a quick recovery, and a healthy lifestyle, as effectively as possible for any patient.

Not an athlete or a mum? FEAR NOT! I treat a wide range of patients from teens to Tradies to oldies, and everyone in between. Sport is my passion but more than anything I love to help you perform and be at your best, tailoring each individual appointment to what works best for you - because everyone’s different!

I have worked all across Australia from WA to QLD to NSW, being in a Defence family, and am looking forward to the opportunities Canberra has in store for us. You’ll catch us chasing after the kids on their bikes most days, more often than not with a coffee in hand.
