As a mother of two small children I am passionate about the health and development of children from conception to adulthood.

I have been visiting a chiropractor throughout most of my life and was always fascinated by the bodies healing capabilities and how that related to our health.

I believe in chiropractic for everyone, from the very young to those more experienced in life. Every day I get to come into work in an area that I love, incorporating many of my interests and further education. These include, baby and child health/development, pre/post natal care of mum, diagnosis, anatomy, physiology and neurology. Using a hands on approach to natural, drug-free health.

Through adjustments, postural awareness and your lifestyle decisions, the body is then more able to heal and function at its optimum. This is done by reducing inflammation and irritation to the nervous system. A side effect of this is decreased pain.

Remember balance is the key!!

With ongoing training and experience working with infants and children, I have been able to support children and their parents through their health challenges. By checking a child’s ‘normal’ physical and cognitive milestones, neurology and spinal/cranial movement and using only the gentlest of touch, we may help children as they develop into healthy adults, taking action against the issues and strain that they can go through.

My aim to you and all my patients is to care for each individual, and help you reach and try to maintain your potential level of health (wherever that is for you) in as gentle a manner as possible.

I look forward to meeting and caring for you and your body and nervous system soon.
